[[hey, its says critique, and although I totally suck at art, I thought why not give what little pointers I can. lol]]

Were you going for realistic, or animeish? You need to work on your facial profiling, because she looks like she's got no lips and her chin is part of her mouth. Her eyes are way too close to her hairline. o__0 As is her ear. Her hair looks stringy. Try looking at some tutorials about hair, that should help. ^__^
Torso is a little longer then normal, but that sorta depends on your own style I guess. Her chest looks odd. You might want to look some stuff up on anatomy, those are always really helpful when dealing with boobies and such. lol
No backside whatsoever. Also something that eyeing some info about anatomy would really help.
The clothes are lacking natural wrinkles, cause even if she's jumping, there would still be more wrinkles then you have on her.
Her limbs are actually a pretty good length, though her legs are a little off. Her hands are very nicely drawn. I wish I could draw hands like that. >__>;;
